If you want a refund, they make you pay for the delivery and more tax. The scarfs are veiled at £15/£19!!! For 1? And then on top of that, when you go to the shopping cart they had £20 tax! The delivery costs you money too, never mind your shopping costing £150. But Amazon you get 3 undercaps for under £6 and faster delivery, which I’m going to be ordering. £8 for 1 undercap so at veiled collection. If you wanna buy undercaps, you can literally search them on Amazon that do such a better material and at a much much better price. ![]() girls, take your money elsewhere as it’s not worth a simple penny. Emailed them 3 times and they take weeks and weeks to reply to a simple query about their product! Do they not understand that if you’re going to frustrate customers, on average they will tell about 11 people to stay away from such an overpriced and low standard customer service?
